If you're receiving error 404 while trying to access the uploaded file, it might happen that your users failed to upload the file completely or the upload was invalid. In that case, the files need to be re-uploaded.
But, could you please share the Form ID where you're experiencing this issue so we can check further.

I'll be sharing some link we've founded this problem, but, until now, all my forms have this problem. The files are pictures of documents and the players.
and more 38 other forms, all of them with the same problem.
