Why is my form disabled?

    I really need someone to contact me as soon as possible! Last time I sent you people a message I did't hear back until 2 weeks later and by that time I had re-created a new form and that solved my problem.  But this time when I did that for the form I am having trouble with, it still says form not found form is disabled. Why? 


    Please this is for a charity event and we have a lot of people about to spend a lot of money and it is imperative that we get this form working asap

    I have checked your account and found that it got suspended because of a form that you have now deleted (form ID 71107160169147).

    As you will not be using this form anymore, I have re-activated your account. Your forms should be working properly now.
