Photos taken with "Take Photo" widget don't display in submission viewer

    Hello,

We've been using the "Take Photo" in a form with no problems for quite awhile.

When filling out the form on a mobile device, in particular an iPhone or an iPad, the photos taken with the widget no longer show up in the submission. However, when I fill out the form with a desktop browser the image is uploaded just fine with the submission.

Update: Actually, it looks like the photos ARE there, they just don't display in the browser on the "view submissions" page. I have to download a PDF to see the photo. This is horribly inconvenient, and not the behavior that we're used to. It also seems to indicate a problem/change with the "View Submissions" page, and not the "Take Photo" widget.

Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

I checked the submission of your form and I was able to replicate the issue. Since the Take Photo widget is automatically replaced by the File Upload field when accessing the form on a mobile device, could you please try using a File Upload field on your form instead?

The widget is base on Flash Technology and it seems that it is not available anymore on mobile devices. You can read more in this link: https://www.lifewire.com/flash-player-for-iphone-1999741
