My forms as been closed but I'm below my quotas of submission

    Hello,

    This is urgent. My forms as been closed and I'm below my quotas of submission;

    Can you open it again please

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I checked your account and I can see that you have 109 submissions. Free user has a limit of 100 submissions and that's the reason why your form over quota. 

    I recalculate your submissions counter and it is now shows 10 submissions. I have now activated your account and it is now working properly.
