My form says it's in restore mode

    My form says it's in restore mode, so it looks like my account was inactive for too long. Can you please reactivate my account?

    Also, if this happens in the future, is there a way to reactivate it myself, or do I have to contact support again?

    I have checked your account and found that it was indeed dormant. I have re-activated your account so all your forms should be working properly now.
