Paypal field: Preselected item does not seem selected when the form is submitted

    This is my second tume contacting you about this issue.

    I cannot put a PayPal button in my form. I am not able to connect to PayPal from my form.

    I test the form and it does not take me to PayPal.

    I have gone to this site and not found it useful.

    can someone look at my form and see what I did wrong?

    The fields: ipn url

    and: redirected PayPal pAge styles

    do I have to put something in these fields?

    If so what? The link on your site to the PayPal page styles on the PayPal don't explain where the information is located. The only way I get a PayPal page style is by making a PayPal button.

    i prefer to use standard PayPal.

    Hello Sabine,

    There seems to be a problem with the Paypal field. Although it loads with a pre-selected value, it does not seem be recognized upon submission, unless the product item is properly clicked.

    Since there is no option to uncheck your product, can you try enabling the required option for this field?

    I also have submitted a report to our development team over this matter.

    Dear Sir,
    I am requesting that the form that I built be unblocked. Right now it says
    my ip address is blocked because of phishing scam. I filled out the form
    that it sent but I still don't have access.
    What do I do to have access again?

    May I ask if you're still having issues with your form in regards to redirecting to PayPal?

    As we checked your issue further, we cannot replicate the same problem in any situation. In addition, we realised that you have made some modifications on your payment setting. This could be the reason of why we could not reproduce it.
