I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. Your form seems to be slow because you have added 770 conditions in your form. Every time you input a value in any textbox, it triggers the conditions which is causing your form's slow response.
Is there any formula you have to calculate the regular price and discounted price? I believe there could be a better way to show the regular/discounted price but would like to first understand your calculation method.
Please get back to us on this and we will try to help you.
We will wait for your response.

There is no calculation for this. If there was calculations things would have become much easier, the price is calculated only on the basis for certain conditions. That is why there are so many conditions. I need to add about 200 more conditions to it.

You can use the form calculation widget, and assign calculation values to your dropdown to be used in that calculation, that will cut down the number of conditions you have to use, which in return will speed up the form performance.

There are no calculations. Only conditions. Permutations and combinations.

I have checked your form and noticed the same, seems like the issue happens due to the number of conditions you have added.
I have cloned your form and deleted the conditions, I can see it worked normally after that. This will be forwarded to our second level support so our developers can take a look on it and investigate what may be causing the conflict with the number of conditions, we will let you know as soon as we receive any update about it.
