There were few days that I received that messenge "We recently were not able to email you because your email address "karina@absolutasaude.com.br" is in our bounce list". But I had already change the server e-mail and follow all steps to remove my e-mail from bounce list (as this guide ttps://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List) but the messege still there. What can I do to resolve this problem? Could You help me, please?

I have removed it from the bounce list. It could be that an notification landed in your spam folder. Please check it, and mark it as not spam if you find it there. Also, if you have not tried whitelisting our domain names and sending IP addresses yet, please do so: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

I didn't receive any e-mail from Jotform, David, even in spam folder and I'd already put your domain names in whitelisting, but I keep receiving this bounce list messenge :(
I am afraid that problem is impacting my activities job. -
