    When a form is submitted can the information be automatically put into an Excel spreadsheet or Access database

    It is not currently possible to have data automatically exported to an excel spreadsheet, however, you can automatically send data to a Google Docs spreadsheet:

    You can create an Excel report and then import it into MS Access.

     

    In addition to that, it is possible with the Send Post Data feature or using Webhooks integration.
