Autoresponder email not being received and form background issues

    Some people are not receiving their confirmation (autoresponder) email.  They have typed i

    n the correct email address.  

     

    Also, when someone goes to select an option, it browns out the background and the option is unreadable.  I've set the form background to be transparent, so I'm not sure why this is happening.  

     

    I've copied this form from other forms we are currently using for our other foundation offices, and they are not experiencing any problems.

    Hi, 

    I checked your form, and the autoresponder email is set up correctly, the reason some users don't receive the autoresponder email, could be because the email service provider is rejecting emails due to suspected spam. Also, sometimes our emails end up in the spam folder, so it's worth checking their spam folder to see if the emails are there. 

    If you want us to confirm, please provide an email that didn't receive the autoresponder so we can check as they might be in our bounce list or something.
