Can you help me please. My customer cannot submit the form, as everytime it says please wait. I have used the two versions of the forms since the pas two weeks and it works perfectly. Now somehow, when I updated it, it is not working any more. Any suggestions!

I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. I was also stuck on the "Please wait" button. You can revert the changes you made to the old working version by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History
I tried removing the Payment field to the cloned form and the form was able to submit properly. Please check your Payment Gateway settings.

Hi, I checked the payment settings.
Under questions settings, When I put Required off, then it was able to submit.
It does not make any sense. Now my customers are allowed to send blank orders.
Can you please check on your side please.

I can replicate the issue on my side. When the purchase order field marked as required, the submission is not going through.
I am escalating the issue to our developers. Let them check the issue and fix it. We will notify you via this thread when it is fixed.

Your form should now work as expected.
