Hello:
I'm in my first year as the membership coordinator at Virginia Hills Pool in Alexandria, VA. The current membership application process is via PDF forms and it's really a pain, especially for me. I am investigating moving this process to an online form and saw that another pool in the area uses JotForm. I would love to learn more about pricing, how it works, etc.
Thank you!

Hello Eliza,
Welcome aboard! :)
To learn more about JotForm pricing, please check out our pricing page https://www.jotform.com/pricing.
Getting started with JotForm is easy. First, signup an account then start building your forms in the form builder.
We also have tutorials for new users to help them get started https://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-1-Getting+Started+with+JotForm. More can be found here
More guides can be found here https://www.jotform.com/help/.
I also checked the membership page in your website and I did see your membership PDF form. The form can be created in the form builder. Since you are also collecting membership fees, you might want to use Paypal Pro payment tool. This comes with CC and Paypal payment method.
Paypal Pro is under Payments tab
To integrate your form with Paypal Pro, follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/391-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal
