Jotform on SBL Blocklist?Asked by Ashley on July 20, 2012 at 02:55 PM
I run the applications for a graduate school through Jotform. We frequently send emails to students, applicants, potential applications with jotform applications listed. Recently, the the email marketing system we use (IContact) will not let us include JotForm links. It claims that they have been added to the SBL Blocklist and we cannot send out messages with jotform links in them.
These are are the errors I recieve from IContact:
Contains an URL listed in the SBL blocklist [URIs: jotform.net]
Contains an URL listed in the SBL blocklist [URIs: jotformpro.com]
Can you please contact the SBL and get this cleared up?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I have escalated this issue to our 2ndlevel support and we will have followup to whitelist the said IP(s).
We will keep you updated on the progress.
We've contacted SBL and because of CloudFlare they cannot unblock it. They don't allow traffic from IP address ranges run through CloudFlare.
CloudFlare is helping us with DDoS protection, CDN services, FailOver etc. so we cannot give up on the serivice and SBL doesn't comply with that.
Is it possible for you to use another email marketing service other than Icontact? Because, we've tried our best to remove our service from the SBL blocklist without an agreement.
Thank you for reporting but we're sorry to give you the bad news.
Since you are using iContact I wanted to update this thread: We have just integrated with iContact. You can now send data from your forms to your iContact email lists.
