My forms are always in restore mode

    I've created some forms, starting by a pre-defined template... But, when I Try to publish or preview the form, the site informs that the form is in resore mode.

    That's appened in each form I've created...


    Why? May I've made some mistakes?

    Hi Alessandro,

    Your Jotform account's status was "dormant". Because of this reason, your Jotform account and your forms weren't enabled. I have just enabled your account. Thus you can display your forms without any problem. 

    Please check them and let us know if your problem persists.
