Non of my forms are working at the moment. It says that the forms are disabled. How do i resolve this? All the settings are put to enable, but still it doesnt work. It wont even work on "preview mode"..

I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.
I have checked your forms in the account and they seem to be normal and clean. I have activated your account now and they should be displaying normally. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
