When families select "pay by credit/debit" they receive the message, after they click submit, as if they have selected pay with check or money order

I have tested your cloned your form and I made several test and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. I am not exactly sure why this was happening, but I was able to resolve the issue.
Please update your "Please Select ONE Payment Method:" field. There is a space character at the end of "I will / Pay Online with Credit or Debit Card " option. Remove it.
After that set your condition for redirect to Thank You page again.
