There is no option/checkbox for "Make this form responsive" within the "Design" tab->"Form Layout" section on my form.
I just sent a support request regarding my form not being visible when I'm in mobile view. It works and shows fine when in a larger screen view but when I resize the screen down to the breakpoint the Jotform disappears. All I did was resize the width of it at the breakpoint. Why is it not showing on smaller screen sizes?

I apologize for my mistake. I just realize I was referring to Form Columns and not Responsive layout. I was able to see this glitch on your form as well.
Let me check it further. I'll be back shortly.

It looks like its a new bug in the Advance Designer. I was able to reproduce the same on my forms as well.
I have submitted a bug ticket report to the higher team support so that they can fix.
For now, an alternative option you can do is use the Mobile Responsive widget on your form.
We will notify you here for any update on this.

We are sorry for this confusion.
However, this option was removed on purpose by our developers. Since, all the forms created or edited in V4.0 are mobile responsive as default. You do not need to add a mobile responsive widget or check this option to make your form mobile responsive.
If you encounter any problem about responsiveness, feel free to report us.
