Good day.
I'm trying to upgrade my account to the bronze option as I have reached by limit. I have also made payment via PayPal and yet my account is not upgraded. This is causing major problems for me as my survey respondents are not able to submit.
please help asap, my study is on the line....

I'm sorry but I wasn't able to find any payment made from your account, could you please let us know what is the error you see or why you can not upgrade?

Please understand my situation. Respondents are not able to submit tell
survey anymore, something around "form over quota". PayPal gave me a call
30 min ago to confirm the payment.
Guys, please do something asap, this study is important to me.
