The form looks fine in the editor but I cannot preview or link to it - comes up with a page saying CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.
Is there a quick fix for this? We were hoping to launch a competition using this form tomorrow AM!

We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.
I have checked your form settings and I have seen that you have set a expire date to the form. So that, your form has been disabled on 20 April 2017 as you can see the screenshot below:
You can re-enable the form again in the Settings menu, as well.
