Is there something wrong with the conditions on my form?

after choosing which payment method they are using, users who select, "pay with credit or debit" receive the message for those that choose, "Pay with check or money order".  This is causing confusion for users.

Am I correct in my assumption that when your customer chooses "Pay with check or money order", the following Thank You message should be displayed?
