It is still happening

    I am still very concerned and puzzled by why your File Upload widget is not working with my simple form. I updated the OS on my iPad Pro, but the problem is still the same.

    A previous support person said the name of the file looked strange. I do not understand that statement because the standard iPad Pro camera app sets that name, not me. It is definitely not corrupted because I can play it and share it with other people.

    Please help me understand what I am doing wrong. This just seems too basic of a feature to be having problems.

    Thank you for your patience.

    I tested the upload field several times on iPad Pro(simulator though), but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, the file uploaded each time.

    How big is the file?

    Is it possible you could share the file (through Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox or any else)?

    So we can test it further.
