Date Picker won't let me BLACK OUT certain dates!

I'm trying to use JotForm to allow people to book tours.  I have certain restrictions such as only a certain number of people can be on a tour (16 people max).  I also need to be able to black out days when I don't want to run the tour.

Which widget will allow me to customize it like I need?
