    Unable to open photos sent by Jotform

    Hello,

    I am creating a form entitled 'Publish Please' in which I want cutomers to send photos.

    I have embeded the form into my web page:-

    however in testing I have submitted the form to myself twice but on receipt of the emails I am unable to open the photos.

    The photos are 167kb, 640 x 480 jpg. In both gmail & Outlook I get the error message:-

    'This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.'

    Can you tell me how to overcome this problem please?

    Thank you for your reply on 22nd but I am still unable to open jpg photos
    sent via Jotform.

    I am not sure what to make of it, but I had no issues downloading the images uploaded on your form using IE or any other browser for that matter.

    Can you please try to download the images via the links below using IE?

    If it fails, then it is most likely your browser that is at fault. Try Firefox or Chrome then get back to us if the same thing happens.

    Hello,
    I sent a request for assistance on 22nd July. At least I got a reply but
    the problem still exists.
    I sent another request six days ago but I haven't even received a reply.
    Can someone please tell me what is happening?

    Hello,
    Thank you for your quick reply and for forwarding lyam's reply which, I'm
    sorry to say, I hadn't noticed.
    I am unable to open the photos in either Google Mail or Microsoft Outlook.
    *However* I have now discovered I can see and copy the photos from your
    website! Whilst that procedure isn't ideal I can manage for now as it is a
    new idea which may or may not take off.
