Yes, we can send you an invoice anytime you wish. If you just upgraded to one of our paid plans, please let us know the order receipt number so we can check it here and provide you the invoice.

May we ask for the order reference number found on the receipt that's sent to your by our 3rd party payment gateway? We will need this so we can provide you the correct invoice.
Furthermore, I have searched your e-mail here and there's only 1 record found which is a Free account. If I have not mistaken, you haven't yet upgraded to one of our paid plans? Can you please give us more details about your concern please?

i cant transfer funds from paypal it only allovvs a echeck through paypal from my back account?? rather pay using paypal funds balance, id like to test this for a month, for 9.99 if you could send the invoice? email im using currently for jotform is email@example.com so upgrade that account after payment :)

After the payment process, your account will be automatically upgraded to Premium and you'll also received a copy of the order receipt.
