How to remove old weekly reports

Good afternoon,

Every week we are scheduled to receive reports from installers,I'm able to delete the reports after downloading from Jotform,i do receive a notification to my Gmail inbox once i download everything i also delete that email.

The problem is that if we get a new report the next week gmail will show me the past reports also,how can i avoid seeing all reports listed in my gmail inbox

Do you use a Daily Digest App to receive these reports?

Could you please also provide us with a screenshot of the past reports you would like to eliminate from the view?
