Please see Enabling Security Certificate Seal on Secure Forms in the How to Create Better Forms section of our user guide.
There is no way for a user to know that the information sent is safe and will not be shared unless you make your own disclaimer on the form itself. Something along the lines of "Your information is secure and will not be shared".
We respect the privacy of our users and the privacy of their client data. All user information contained within the forms you may use or build on the JotForm Site are governed by our Terms of Service. You retain all rights to your data. We will not sell, share data. We will not access your data for non-administrative reasons.
You may also send via email your inquiry to email@example.com. The appropriate response and details should be provided to you there.
Please note that your forms are safe with us. No one will be able to access your data unless you share them yourself.
