EU has got a law about privacy. It demands me to inform my website users about cookies and data storage.

    Have you got such a list of cookies, their type (sesssion or persistant), and a discription of your data storage security. I must have privacy policy page on my website.

    About security or privacy emblem or disclaimer  that you can provide to your clients.  Yes there is and can check on links below.

    Please see Enabling Security Certificate Seal on Secure Forms in the How to Create Better Forms section of our user guide.

    There is no way for a user to know that the information sent is safe and will not be shared unless you make your own disclaimer on the form itself. Something along the lines of "Your information is secure and will not be shared".

    As for the data's security in our server, below is a line taken from our Privacy Policy

    We respect the privacy of our users and the privacy of their client data. All user information contained within the forms you may use or build on the JotForm Site are governed by our Terms of Service. You retain all rights to your data. We will not sell, share data. We will not access your data for non-administrative reasons.
