urgent: I would like to review my account .I upgrade it and wanna it now to turn to my old plan

    Dear Jotform,

    good day!

    I booked 2 years plan along ago and last month I upgrade it to Higher for one month.

    then i tried to cancel the monthly plan to my older one .but unfortunately you refund me again the 139$  that already paid before.

    could you please refund my payment ?

    Hello Nora.  For clarification, the refund that you have received was for the Professional subscription which you did not plan to renew that's why it has been refunded to you.  You were not refunded for the bi-yearly subscription. 

    Since you have an active bi-yearly subscription, I have processed your refund for your bi-yearly subscription which was purchased earlier today.
