    email notification not working

    I've added multiple email notifications, but it only goes to the  1st one.  I deleted all of them, added a different email address to be notified, and it still only notifies the only email address, jefftormey@gmail.com.

    The code is already embedded.  It would be nice to not have to edit the website with another form.

    Firstly, you need to set notification email (see the links below for how to set it).


    To solve the issue of not getting emails after setting notification email address, please try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to noreply@jotform.com and then do a test?

    Also, whitelist Jotform's mail sever Ips as follows;

    I deleted all the emails and then entered the one I want receiving the notices.  It still sends to the old address.





    Do I need to just start over?

    Hi Jeff;

    Can you clear your browser's cache and ensure you save the changes after entering new notification email address, i checked your form and found out that jefftormey@gmail.com is still the set notification email address.

    I can also confirm from mails logs in our server that mails are sent to your set notification email address, see logs below;

    Cleared the cashe multiple times, saved multiple times. Still same problem.

    Please try to remove the current notification and re-create it. Then grab a fresh embed code by going to Setup & Embed > Embed form and re-embed on you website.

    I've removed and re-created it many times. I removed it, cleared cache and
    cookes. Saved and still same old email shows up.
    Maybe I'll try in firefox.

    Hi Jmtorney,

    I see. It should send the notification to the email specified to receive the emails. I have checked the form and I can't find any notification at the moment just to let you know.

    After modifying the notification, have you tried re-embeding the form to your website?
