Hi, my forms not fond!!!

I can not publish them, the links that I send to my webmaster do not appear. Shortcodes linking jotform forms to my site are disabled. Can you help me. Ah !! When I reset my password I have immediate access to the system, but when I log out, I can not log in again with the modified password.
