    Hi there,

It's hard to read a recent submission to one of my forms.

    It looks like this:

"Describe any diets you've been on previously:

    No%20specific%20diet%2C%20tried%20cutting%20out%20certain%20foods%20like%20meats%2C%20bread%2C%20sugars."

    and

    I%20take%20herbal%20supplements%20for%20daily%20health%206%20days%20a%20week%20rest%20on%20the%207th%20day.

    Etc, etc.

Is there a way to get the answers without all the % and numbers in the text?

I've never had any trouble before except this is the first time I added a Stripe integration.

    Thanks!

PS no website has this form. I just send clients the link.

    Hi,

I just checked your account and your forms are encrypted so I couldn't test, I'm not sure what could be the issue as it might be an issue with the decryption. Do you experience this with other submissions? Or just this one submission?

Also, please provide the form ID/URL so we can have a better idea which form you're referring to.

    Thank you!

    Hi there,

This form is encrypted, unfortunately we don't have any access to encrypted submissions, only people with the key will have access to them.

Do you see this issue in the submission page itself? What happens if you export it as an excel or something like that. It seems like a local encoding issue on the user's browser.

    Thank you!
