MY SITE SAYS I'M OUT OF FORM VIEWS & SUBMISSIONS

How can I continue without having to upgrade do i just delete some?

Also says out of submissions how can i continue to receive my forms without upgrading? Do I delete some?

Unfortunately, deleting will not help reset your account limits, as you can't delete previous views. The limit will reset at the first of the month, then you will be able to use your forms, if you don't want to upgrade now.
