I have two issues with the autoresponder. I have used the forum for help but have not fixed the problem yet.
1. I don't receive an email when I submit my form.
2. I don't receive my PDF either.

I did a test submission to your form and I was able to receive the autoresponder email.
Unfortunately, there's no PDF attached to it. I checked your autoresponder email settings and the PDF attachment is not enabled. Please enable it to fix the issue.
