Form is gone

We got hacked, but you fixed.  Thank you.  But now our form is gone and now there is no form on our web page.  Can you please put back or undo?

First, If you think your account is still not secured. You can reset your password and change it to a new one in the Login page. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/login

I checked your account and I can see one form in the Trash folder. You can still restore the deleted form. Here's how:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Trash folder.
3. Select the deleted form.
4. Click the RESTORE button.

5. Go back to My Forms page.
