We are starting to see multiple form submissions in Chinese as per the attachment - seems like the only way to stop this is to disable the forms which is not good... We host around 50+ client form sets - probably over 150 forms in total. If this continues and becomes viral it will cause major disruption..

Can you please tell us what will be done to stip this?

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Hello Nick,

You can add a CAPTCHA field to your form to prevent spambots or spammer. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/205-How-to-Add-a-Captcha-Field

You can also be more strict to your form by Unique Submissions feature. For more information, please check this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

Hope that helps. If you need more clarifications or have questions, please contact us again. Thank you.

    Hi John,

Many thanks for your response. I have instigated your suggestions. Actually the form is a very old one - we now pretty much always put a Captcha in place...

Also apologies for posting twice by mistake...

    Cheers,

    Nick

    Hi,

As this thread's owner is different from you, I have split your message. Your issue will be handled on this thread: I am receiving spam submissions

    Thank you.
