The email recipient for one of my forms is not receiving any submissions via email.

    This is for a job application. I put the correct email address under "notifications" in settings and sent emails to another address to test, it worked fine, but none of the submitted forms are coming through.

    Our mail logs shows that notifications have been sent to the recipient you have setup on that form:

    Please check your spam folder, and if you find them there, make sure to mark them as NOT SPAM. Also, you may whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
