Why does JotFrom generate duplicate applicants on one submittal? This is making my account show over 100 submissions for the month. Please advise.THX
Many times the rental applications are repeated, exactly the same. We only need one of each submitter. This would keep our total under the 100 submissions a month required.

I have checked your JotForm submissions and see that there are a few duplicate submissions.
However, they are submitted on different times and it looks like the user is submitting the form. If you are receiving the duplicate submissions for different users, it might happen when the thank you page is refreshed after submitting the form. Please let us know if the form is embedded on any of your web pages and experiencing the issue. If so, please share the URL of the web page where the form is embedded so that we can take a look and try to replicate the issue.

I have had multiple users send duplicate forms. E.g. Rental application,
referral form, etc

I have tried submitting your JotForm from the Realtor Referral form and see that the Thank you page is not displayed. I think this is forcing the user to submit the form again which is causing the duplicate submissions. Please try editing the Thank you page by adding a blank line in the top of the Thank you message so that it should be displaying the message after submitting the form.
