JotForm website and all forms missing styling

It appears there is something wrong with your website and layout. I have tried loading on several machines and browsers and they all appear the same.

Also, the form embedded on my side doesn't seem to allow me to submit and also looks like the CSS is missing.

Please advise.

I checked your form and your embedded form, both are completely loading.  Since both the form and the site are having trouble, it is very likely something on your network is blocking our resources.  Try connecting to the site and viewing your form from a device not on your current network.  A cell phone on mobile data is usually easiest.

If the form loads from there, you may need to contact whoever manages your network to have them unblock our resources.
