I have integrated jotforms and google sheets, but got a problem. Some submissions are not sent to google sheets.
When I compare submission on Jotforms site with submissions in google sheets I see that some data is not imported to gogle sheets. About 30% of submissions are loose in google sheets. Could you help me to manage the problem?

My understanding is that there are missing submissions in your Google Sheets. As of right now, we are not having any issues in regards to the Google Sheets integration.
I created a simple form and integrate it with Google. I did a test submission and the data appeared in the spreadsheet. Here's a screen capture:
Please try to re-integrate the form to Google Sheets. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet.
Please take note that this will create a new spreadsheet. Also, I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
