Confirming suspension process

    Hi thanks for the recent email about my account being suspended due to pw questions. I spemt two hours removing all the questions that asked for usernames and passoword in ALL my forms, but I am worried if I missed one that my account will be suspended again without notice. Do you send out any notification when the suspension happens?

    Our system looks for fields that are our against our terms of use and automatically suspends the forms.  Unfortunately, this is necessary to prevent phishing.  Older, inactive forms should not cause any trouble.  There is no notice sent for various reasons.
