    Using form on mobile device

Asked by MWSPI_Forms on July 24, 2012 at 11:59 AM

Is there a capability to add a section that would allow them to upload a photo from a mobile device directly from the camera. For instance, when they click on the upload option it would open the camera on their device to take a picture or allow them to browse there photo library on the device. I know some photo editing apps when you select upload photo it will open your camera or allow you to add from your library. The reason for needing this is on my form I need multiple photos submitted for specific areas so it would be nice if when they want to upload a specific photo to a specific place they could click the upload option, snap the pic, and it would automatically upload that picture.

Jotform philosophy is to keep things simple. You cannot accomplish that with Jotform. However , you can recommend your users to have  iCab browser and add a Multiple upload button to your form in order to allow mobile users to upload the photo they have just taken to

    Kind regards

Just grab the upload button from the Forms Tools Menu, then click on Allow Multiple at the toolbar

    Cheers!
