Google Spreadsheet integration got broken in our form

The submissions for our form titled Indy Pre-Trip Inspection is no longer updating to the linked Google Spreadsheet. What can we do to have this link work?

Could you please try to remove the Google Spreadsheet integration, trigger a save (by doing for example a tiny change in a field or so) then re-add the integration again?
