Hello! I just opened a Bronze account and would like to know how to import about 15 forms or so from an old account under the name of Franz Fruehwald (log-in name is jtang).  My forms currently in the old account are categorized under "New Evangelization".  I can access these forms from my new account, but I am wondering if I can transfer them completely over and remove them from the old account.

Would you please kindly advise how this can be done? I have the log-in information for both the new and old accounts.

    Thank you! Meghan Cokeley mcokeley@archphila.org

    Hi Meghan,

You can transfer your forms in two ways, the first way is to clone your old forms into your new account, but please note that cloning the form will only create a copy of the form, without the submissions data, integrations, etc. Here's how to clone a form into your account:

    ow-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Alternatively, we can move them for you, that way you will have the entire form and its integrations and submissions moved into your new account, but we would need you to login from you old account, and request to move the forms, as we can only authorize move requests if they're made by the form owners. Please also provide the names of the forms that you'd like to move.

Let us know if you need any further help.

    Thank you!
