I recently upgraded our company account and tried to add a user. I logged out and then tried to log back in but my login no longer works. I was also having trouble previewing any of our existing forms before I logged out. The forms that we use on our corporate website are now disabled and can't be viewed or used by employees. Can you please try to reinstate my login as soon as possible.
