When people fill out a form that requires a payment, the form goes to 'incomplete payments' even though they have completed a payment. Is there something I am doing wrong? I have to go in each time manually to accept the form but I don't receive a notification from Jotforms when there is a submission - the only way I know something has been submitted is that I received a notification from PayPal. That is happening when your Paypal IPN is disabled. This is required to process the submissions properly from our side.
To fix it, please enable Paypal IPN in your PayPal account. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account
