How can I populate fields with individual list entries (from widget)?

I was wondering whether there is a way to have list entries from the 'Add option' widget populate distinct fields, like in the screenshot I have attached. The 'update field' condition merges all the list entries into the same output field.

I'm sorry, but it's not possible. You can query the widget as a whole, but not its input boxes. We don't have this feature yet to any of our widgets. You may consider using the text boxes then add some fields in the form, show/hide the fields based on a number input.
