    Google Spreadsheet: the integration keeps breaking even when re-integrating

    Submissions still didn't appear on the spreadsheet, other than the ones
    that were submitted before syncing the spreadsheet. I re-integrated again
    but the submissions are still not coming through to the spreadsheet. What
    else would cause a break in integration? Kindly advise. And, kindly assist
    by syncing the sheet again. Thank you.

    As mentioned in the original thread, I have submitted a ticket on this thread about the integration. As soon as we find something, we'll let you know here. Please don't remove the integration in the form, and if possible, please share us the link of the google spreadsheet file with read-only permission. Our developers might submit a test and it is important for them to see their submission. 

    Note that resyncing is done. We can do this if you need to, just please let us know here. Again, don't remove the integration.

    I noticed that the spreadsheet started updating today. However, can you manually sync the sheet for the previous submissions? Or, let me know if it is safe for me to re-integrate.

    Hi, 

    You can re-integrate, however, that will start a new sheet and populate it will all the data. If that works for you, then you can go ahead and re-integrate.

    Can you provide me on an update on the ticket submitted? Or until the cause of the problem is figured out, manually sync the spreadsheet for entries made on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd June 2017. Not having the data in the spreadsheet is very inconvenient for my clients and myself. Kindly assist with manually syncing the spreadsheet at the earliest.

    I have manually pushed the missing submissions to your integrated spreadsheet of your form(id: 61645568149870). Unfortunately, we do not have any updates from our back-end team yet, and there is no estimated time-frame for a resolution. You will be notified via this thread if there is any update.

    I have a major issue. On Friday there was a break in the integration. I have re-integrated the form many times since then. This morning I did again because the responses submitted are not showing up in the spreadsheet. Please assist with this issue as integration does not seem to be working and it is causing a major delay. Also, my clients are losing the trust in Jot Form dependability.

    Our apologies, but we still don't have an update for the ticket. It is still pending as far as I could see it. The only thing that would break the integration is when you remove/modify any part of it, especially the field names. If you haven't made any changes to the sheet, then the integration should suppose to work. 

    I am not sure if this is isolated to your form but seems like it. We've made some improvements in the Google spreadsheet integration to address this kind of issues, but the problem still keeps on going on in the form for some unknown reason.

    For the meantime, you may try this workaround by integrating the spreadsheet through Zapier: https://zapier.com/zapbook/jotform/google-sheets/. Zapier is free to use, but each Zap runs every 15 minutes, not instant.
