Address field not fillable in mobile device?

    The address suggestion wizard for some reason does not work when filling out the form on a mobile device. Please help.

     

    Also, the submit button continues to shrink on the mobile version also. See photos.

    Hi,

    You are actually using the Autocompleted Address widget, the widget is failing not only in the mobile device field but also in a desktop browser, you can see on my screenshot below that there are errors:

     

    This is happening because you have not set the Google API text box in your widget, here's a screenshot where to find it:

    In that widget wizard, you need to set the Google Maps API Key text box. Follow the instructions mentioned in that widget on how to obtain your API key for Google Maps.

     

    For the issue with the submit button, I have opened a separate thread for it. Please refer to this link instead: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1161224. We will address that issue there accordingly.

    Thank you, it worked.

    But for some reason the information entered into the address filled does not flow to the table in the autoresponder or excel submission. The only information that appears is City, State, Postal code, and Country. Please advise.
