I am having trouble changing my password

    I changed my password. Then tried to log in and it wouldn't work. I had to use my old password in order to change my password. 


    I then changed my password a second time, using the new password I had just created to change it. I couldn't log in again. 


    I logged out and went to try the new password I created and was locked out. 

    I then attempted to log in too many times and was locked out. 


    I tried to send a message to support, but it said I needed to log in. How can i send a message to support about having password issues if I can't log in. 


    I found this tab open in another browser and was able to send this message. 


    Please Help!

    Hi Chad, 

    You can use the "Forgot Password" option in the login menu, that will send a link to your email to reset your password, and then you will receive a confirmation that your password has been changed.
