settings show form is enabled, but live view says its diabled

    i have 5 forms total no more please help

    Hi, 

    Your account has been autosuspended due to suspected phishing activity. I checked your forms and I can confirm that they are clean and compliant with our terms of use. 

    I have re-activated your account now, you should be able to use your forms without issues.
