Why the payment field is empty on my submissions?

    I have created an order form for apparel. For each submission I need to see what item was ordered and how many of that item; however, that is not showing up. All I see is what was put as directions for filling out the form. I need the answers for each field. Sorry if someone has already asked this but scrolling through the threads it seems that it hasn't been.

    I have reviewed your form and I can see you have not set the payment integration as required, this means that your users may simply leave the payment field empty, without any selection, and click on the submit button, the submission will be sent through without any problem.

    If you need to force your users to make a selection always, then you will need to set the field as required, you will find the option by clicking on the gear icon, general tab:
